Who are we looking for?

We are a looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our People team. The HR Business Partner will work extensively on different projects focused on employee engagement, performance management. On this role you will collaborate with various stakeholders – Managers, external partners across different locations, geographies and markets and will report directly to the Head of Talent Management

What your responsibilities are going to be?

  • Work closely with different managers provide daily HR guidance

  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department

  • Resolve complex employee relations

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals

  • Extensively work on HR Strategies and implementing new initiatives

What qualifications are needed?

  • University degree in Human resources Management, Business Administration or any other relevant subject

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner

  • Clear communicator

  • Positive and “can-do” attitude

  • Data driven mindset

  • Excellent level of English

What would be considered as an advantage?

  • Proficiency with HRIS System

  • Еxperience in international environment

  • SPHR Certification
