Who are we looking for?
As our marketing team is growing, we are looking for a self-driven marketer with a growth mindset and a can-do attitude who loves managing integrated marketing campaigns to deliver tangible results and positive business impact.
What your responsibilities are going to be?
Drive sustainable net new logo business in support of the marketing and sales strategy and towards achieving the revenue targets of the company
Leverage positioning, messaging, buyer personas and other information to generate sales qualified leads and new business pipeline
Conceptualize, execute, measure, and optimize a variety of marketing campaigns and tactics such as webinars, whitepapers, events, etc.
Manage paid acquisition channels to drive qualified leads: PPC, display advertising, content syndication, social media, email marketing, account-based marketing, etc.
Design and run lead nurturing campaigns to move leads down the funnel
Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance to senior management to facilitate decision-making
Optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rates
Manage and optimize campaign budgets towards achieving highest marketing ROI.
Communicate closely with colleagues from other departments, to gather information, co-create and deliver relevant content.
What qualifications are needed?
3-5 years previous experience in web marketing and demand generation, preferably in the IT industry
Proven track record of delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns that have ended in new deals
Familiarity with marketing technologies: Salesforce, Google Analytics, MailChimp, marketing automation platforms, paid media tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Xing, etc.)
Experience working with creative teams (content, design)
Approachable and easy to work with
Data savvy and results-driven
Fluency in written and spoken English
What would be considered as an advantage?
Previous experience in a similar role in the IT industry
Experience in digital analytics.
